What kind of seeder is it recommended for the different types of seedlers?
Presentations are generally recommended depending on the type of seedler being harvested, that is, for 338 cys or 288 cys little dirt is required to develop roots such as tomato, chilies, or any other horticulture product for which such volume is enough. The 127 cys seeders are used for cantaloupes and papayas; and the 200 cys seeder is used for cucumbers, poblano chilies, bell peppers and tomatoes.
Another important aspect defining the seeder's presentation is the required productivity at the greenhouse; the bigger the number of cavities the more seedler produced in a given space, as long a as the appropriate temperature and humidity for the plant's development is achieved.
What are the design and quality requirements for these products?
Es it is very important for the seeders to have enough density and fusion grade on its pearl in order to keep the plants' roots from growing into the interior walls in the cavities, if this happens, the root might be torn off when transferring the plants. It is also important to keep the dirt's humidity for as long as possible and to keep the seeder's walls from absorbing such humidity.
How long do these products last?
It depends on the use and the care taken during their handling. Seeders usually have a lifetime of at least two seasons and can be used for up to five seasons, from the field handling, to dirt pouring, cleaning procedures required by the plant transplants; it is also recommended to keep them covered when in storage and to prevent any damage, do not pile them up more than 3 meters high
