How are they installed?

The procedure is very similar to that of a layer. Smaller moldings are normally affixed with bond cement; and larger moldings can be affixed using nails or screws.

When should mesh and bond cement be used? When should not they be used?

It is recommended to always use mesh and cement bond, or readymix, on the top joints between pieces. It might not be necessary to completely cover panels with mesh and cement bond when working indoors; just using some Readymix or bond cement could be enough. It is recommended to use mesh and cement bond when working outdoors.
