Aislafacil FANOSA is a novel and versatile product for heat insulation of walls in residential, commercial or industrial areas, consisting of a special type of expanded polystyrene plate covered in one of its sides with a primary cement layer, and reinforced plastic with a polyester mesh, with which the yield is increased, also facilitating installation.
The Aislafacil insulation plate protects the finishing touches of the constructions because it cushions the movements or establishments of the walls besides offering the advantages of polystyrene, such as stability, durability and also one to maintain its properties during the passage of time. The raw material with which it is elaborated contains additives that do not allow flame propagation.

What are the dimensions of the product?
It is manufactured in widths of 0,914 m.l. (3' - 0") with lengths of 1,524 m.l. (5' - 0").
How thick is it?
It comes in 1-1/2" and 2" inches thickness.
Thermal "R"?
A value of "R" = 4,0 by each inch of thickness is handled to a value of "R".
What is its density?
Simply describing the concept of Density, such as the amount of mass or elements in a certain area or volume; the ones used for the 16 Kg./m3 plate, if we are talking about 16 kg of pearl polystyrene expanded in a volume of 1,0 m3, that is.
What are the differences between the conventional insulating plates?
One difference is mainly that Aisla-Facil comes with a painted outer side, with a primary covering made up of the mesh polyester adhered to the polystyrene with Cement Bond type plastic cement.
How is it affixed?
Usually, it is done by mechanic means, (that is the use of nail or wall anchors), that are previously attached to the wall that is going to be insulated; although this type can also be held with cement which can be adhered to the wall with plastic bond cement.
How is it used to cover?
It features an integrated primary covering, so the client must select whatever finishing touches he desires; since Aislafacil can receive any type of acrylic paste, textures, besides an additionally smearing with sand cement if required.
Is it possible to use the product indoors and outdoors?
Yes, it is possible to use the product both indoors and/or outdoors; the only consideration would be the thickness of Aislafacil when used in interiors, because there might be a decrease of the usable area.
